Things we do in Guam...

Here are some things we have been doing in Guam in the last few weeks.  We miss all of our friends and family, but remain distracted as we...

Pretend we are still on our honeymoon and hang out at resorts.

Dance with locals at the Chomorro Village on Wednesday nights.

Or run after people with funny matching outfits at the Chomorro Village.

Scuba Dive & chase fish!

Visit historical sites for picnics!

Boonie Stomp!

Every Saturday a group from the community gets together to "stomp through the boonies" or hike through the rough terrain that is Guam!  Most often they blaze their own trail and would be better off with a machete or something to cut down that sword grass.  I definitely left with some scratches & bruises.

But the views were worth it!

Some of the older guys that organize the hike, have been doing it for over 20 years!  They still had to figure out what the best way down to the water was...

 Check out this swimming hole!

Now, this is why we came to Guam :)  What a beautiful place!

  1. this is your best post to-date. Now I *really* want to experience Guam! (although I think I will skip the boonie stomp in favor of sitting on the beach with a book in 1 hand and a fruity drink in the other)
    :)
keep having FUN, and sharing all of your adventures with those of us states-side!
